Hi everyone, hope you're doing fine! As for me, I am doing great as well, just got over with my brother's wedding. This past year I have had a lot of weddings of my closed ones.Obviously, it's lot of fun with the songs, dancing, yummy food, and everyone coming together, but it sure does come with a lot of tension of what clothes to wear, what color, what style; with so many questions comes great confusion.
So, I have combined my experiences of the weddings I have attended to help you a little on how you can wear your Indian outfits on the different functions.

Ring Ceremony
For ring ceremonies, you can go for an indo western look like skirt crop tops or opt for a very elegant but a simple saree.
For the first look, I have draped a plain rose gold colored saree with a backless black colored blouse. I love the color scheme as well as how classy it looks. And in the second look, I have kept the blouse a little heavy with a plain skirt which makes it a perfect outfit for an engagement party.
Keep the makeup simple and your hair loose open.

Mehndi
For mehndi or small functions its the best option to opt for anarkalis. They are so versatile, evergreen, suits almost every body type and looks perfect when paired with jhumkis and a pair of heels.

Sangeet
Go for long gowns or simple light lehengas for a sangeet function. You will look beautiful while dancing. Here, I am wearing an off white Indian gown, its halter neck with a heavy flare and it's backless, and in the other picture, I have ditched the dupatta and worn a lehenga as a skirt crop top so that it doesn't look very extra for the function.

Haldi Ceremony
I would suggest going for something light for the haldi ceremony as it's usually a morning function, choose light colors and simple clothing nothing too heavy, maybe like the lilac colored gharara I am wearing, paired this up with beautiful chandbalis for a very desi look .In my secod look I am weaing a lehenga with light embroidery and simple broad border for a girly look .As pastel shades are the best option in sunlight so I chose a pastel pink lehenga and paired it with a mint green all over sequenced dupatta . A small pretty maang tikka ,bold earings and few bangles made it go super awesome for a traditional Haldi function .

WEDDING
The last and the grandest ceremony is the wedding .To be honest, I went all crazy on my brother's wedding cause why not !
For the wedding, there are two looks I chose,
in the first one I went for a very heavy banarsi lehenga with embroidery all over and an off-shoulder top, kept the neck bear but wore huge earrings, the maang tikka, bangles, rings completed my look, I loved the look with that extra pop of highlight on my face
in my second look, I have kept the lehenga a little subtle with the light colors and kept the makeup very glowy with heavy eyes and a braid with white buds that made the whole look so ethnic.

I hope I have given a good amount of options where you can mix and match and choose accordingly as per your functions and suitability.
Let me know your reviews and until next time keep glowing ♥️
